What do you like best? It's easy to use. I can bounce between multiple projects and even email the client very easily all within Basecamp. I also like that it links to Google Drive. What do you dislike? There isn't much I don't like, but I would have to say that there is no entry point for people who want to check it out without buying the monthly membership. What do you like best? It's very straightforward. All the tools for me as an administrator are available across the top. The time management is great, I can manage multiple projects, keeping all the clients siloed properly without worry. What do you dislike? Basecamp for Project Collaboration

What do you like best? Ease of use and mobile app available for on the go catching up. What do you dislike? Inability to add sub-tasks under 'to do's. Unable to add a start/end date to a To Do List. Assets difficult to organize as there is no folder structure capabilities. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Leveraged basecamp for issue tracking but not ideal for this use case.

Love Basecamp

What do you like best? The best part of Basecamp is the ability to track ongoing open ticket items in the IT Project Management Department. It ensures nothing falls off our plate. What do you dislike? Nothing really - sometimes it's easier to just jot down what needs to be done rather than logging in and entering the info. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Keeping track of ongoing issues in our CRM implementation project.

What do you like best? We used Basecamp for project management across the state of IL. It was very easy for us to see who was working on which part of the project. Many of the individuals who used the software were not tech-savvy, so the easy user interface was good. What do you dislike? The easyest tool for managing projects

What do you like best? Is a tool focused in one objetive. Managing a project without all those clunky features that are useless in those project management frankenstein-like apps with too much features. This tool is great have in-sync a team with IT and no IT people, it offer the right amount of features to be a useful tool without intimidating the users.
