Basecamp helped my team meet deadlines
What do you like best? I've used Basecamp to help my team stay on the same page regarding deadlines. I like that it helps me avoid having a billion emails clogging my inbox and organizes projects. What do you dislike? I can't think of anything! It's great and is a very logical tool. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? My team uses it to communicate our progress on projects and brainstorm together. We're completing projecting more ...

Base camp needs improvement
What do you like best? Base camp has many different features, and is good for using as a team. What do you dislike? No preview viewer of uploaded files. You have to download to view each file. Too many areas to save stuff so keeping track of where everything is annoying, and makes things tough to find. Recommendations to others considering the product Keep track of your folders and where everything is saved. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits ...

Simplifying Project Management
What do you like best? The entire structure with organizing and setting up project management What do you dislike? It is a bit costly for what it actually does. I also prefer the version 2 over version 3. Version 3 seems less intuitive and almost like they tried too hard and made it less efficient. I have since switched to Glip which has similar capabilities. Recommendations to others considering the product Version 2 is much better than version 3, I had to directly request to ...

Best Project Management & Team Collaboration App
What do you like best? Basecamp takes all the things email tries to do – threaded conversations, chat, to-do lists, and so forth – and makes so much sense of them. And the platform is ubiquitous! Easy To Use But Lacks Features
What do you like best? Basecamp is very easy to use. It has a clean design that makes collaboration easy. What do you dislike? Basecamp does several things well, but the failure to assign tasks to multiple people and track time delicate towards a specific task is a deal buster. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Used to collaborate with an outside company to create email marketing templates.

Not as intuitive as previous iterations
What do you like best? There is a home page that has all of the project pages summarized. It is helpful as an overview of the project. What do you dislike? The chat area is very disjointed. Discussions appear in bubbles. It is not easy to see when a comment was posted and scrolling through previous comments is very limited. To find previous conversations, you have to search, which takes you out of the current page and back to the main project page. It seems like an unnecessary step. ...

The best project management software available.
What do you like best? The interface is the best of breed, which is really important because this makes it delightful to use. A critical component for getting employees, team members, and clients to engage the software. The tools are obvious enough to use that we've found zero training to be necessary across hundreds of clients. It also has all the right tools and none of the wrong ones. File sharing, messaging, live chat, to do lists, calendars, multiple channels. Absolutely brilliant ...
