What do you like best? My favorite thing about Basecamp is the calendar feature that shows the timeline of multiple projects that are happening at once. What do you dislike? Sometimes, in an effort to create and maintain transparency, I receive reminders on uploaded or edited documents that clutter my inbox since I do not need to give my feedback on that specific project. What do you like best? I love being able to segregate projects into items for our team, and items for our clients. There's a wall between what we work on together internally, and what we want collaboration on from our clients. A top-notch project management tool.

What do you like best? I appreciate the ease of using Basecamp. Not only do I have my own to-do lists in one, organized place, but I can also see the schedules and projects being worked on by my colleagues. This allows us all to know each other's workloads and base our projects around one-another. What do you dislike? We run out of storage constantly. What do you like best? To-Do list is a great feature to help staff run through a list of action items. What do you dislike? Not as versatile as we would like in some instances. Perhaps an in-system chat would be helpful. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Staff assignments, project performance.
