Basecamp pros and cons
Simple, user-friendly interface that is intuitive even for beginners, making it easy for teams to adopt and use efficiently.
Centralizes all project information, including documents, tasks, and communications, enabling seamless collaboration and organization.
Strong team collaboration tools, including real-time communication, task assignments, and notifications to keep everyone aligned.
Highly effective for remote and hybrid teams, allowing easy management of tasks and communication across distances.

Easy and Clean
What do you like best? Seeing my progress on projects! It is satisfying to not only see a percentage of work complete but to get to do the "check off" on the list and have it disappear. The team part of it is also wonderful. It's nice to assign everyone a part and watch it all come together at the end. What do you dislike? I wish it had a chat worked into it or a better note process. Overall it is wonderful. That would be my only real feedback is wanting a better way to communicate. ...

A Great Project Collaboration Tool
What do you like best? This company works very hard to keep the product intuitive and useful. That is pretty rare in the app business. Takes very little training for new staff, and we have been using it successfully for over 10 years. What do you dislike? Can't think of much. The newest version now is integrated with Google Drive, so we do haven't always upload documents to the Basecamp system, just link them. Recommendations to others considering the product A clear winner in this ...

Efficient Project Management
What do you like best? I like that Basecamp features a full suite of tools, custom notifications, and flexibility, while allowing project managers to oversee all areas of a given project. For multi-generational teams it is nice as well, the basecamp interface is easy enough to use and customize, while it can also be updated through emails, making it easier for team members who work primarily through their inbox. What do you dislike? The chat feature in Basecamp is a bit primitive - if ...

Helpful for Projects
What do you like best? I like that you can create different tasks per a project and create reminders. You can also ask multiple people to complete or look at a task What do you dislike? I am not a fan of having to log into yet another place. I wish you could have a list repeat itself each month so you can check of tasks and have it reset in intervals of time that you need ( i.e. weekly, monthly, daily What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you ...

Basecamp is great for office organization
What do you like best? Being able to organize my projects and assign tasks to individuals on my team as well as import all the documents and comments for projects right in the platform. What do you dislike? There isn't a lot that I don't like about basecamp. I was disappointed that there was not a calendar feature and basecamp rolled that out this summer. Recommendations to others considering the product If you are looking for a platform to keep your office in sync, this is easy to ...
