Strong team collaboration tools, including real-time communication, task assignments, and notifications to keep everyone aligned.

Positive experience with room for improvement
What do you like best? The ability to share a wealth of documents with people not limited by email address. Slightly ambiguous but overall easy to use. What do you dislike? The instructions upon registration were clear for the most part. However, adding new members and confirming accounts didn't always go through or wasn't clear if they were added. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Working across states with people who use ...

Easy to use project management tool
What do you like best? The platform is very easy to use and adapt to. It was very easy for me to pick this up as I just recently started using the tool 5 months ago. What do you dislike? I wish there was a way to create project timeline templates for different types of projects. Additionally it could be sometimes tough to collaborate with different users. Recommendations to others considering the product This is definitely a good tool to evaluate. It doesn't seem as robust as some ...

Basecamp Feels Like Home
What do you like best? The flexibility in how you can organize topics or assignments, combined with being able to call out team members to be notified via e-mail on important subject matters they are assigned to. What do you dislike? Sometimes you can't properly tag/ping team members when interacting via the mobile interface. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It's a one stop shop for organizing an entire lifecycle of a project, ...

Easy to use project management tool for teams
What do you like best? Easy to use, effective way to outline and organize projects by tasks and to do lists. Easily assign tasks to various team members. Greatly helped us facilitate the internal review process for design and marketing projects. What do you dislike? Functionality to send alerts on task deadline is limited. Also doesn't integrate into other calendar tools like Outlook or Google. (Or at least our version didn't What business problems are you solving with the product? ...

What do you like best? Very simple and at the same time very powerful service for project managing and team collaboration. I felt in love with their to do lists - that something amazing! Also file collaboration was great and useful for my whole team. Developers are constantly working to improve the service and sometimes you open new features for yourself, which previously did not notice. What do you dislike? Basecamp for social media managers
What do you like best? The simple and organized interface makes everything more accessible, also the capability of online storage is very convenient. The most useful feature has to be the email-based notifications and having the option to select which co-workers receive a notification under a specific project, since other project-managing apps will always send a notification whenever a project is updated even if you are not involved in it. What do you dislike? It's not very intuitive. ...

Awesome Client Facing Opportunity for agencies
What do you like best? Amazing software that allows you to organize all documents, messages, conversations, and dates. Love the integration with email platforms also and being able to reply directly from your inbox. Overall an easy way to organize your life and everyone else's at the same time. What do you dislike? The biggest pet peeve I have is the poor task management system, which isn't broad enough and doesn't allow you to create tasks for individual clients without them seeing ...

Holy Notifications!
What do you like best? All group members can be added and participate on different platforms to communicate and assign tasks. The tasks part was the easiest and the wheel of progress made you aware of where you were in terms of successfully completing everything. What do you dislike? I got a notification that anytime anyone did anything on basecamp and it was so frustrating. My inbox would be plagued daily by someone commenting or completing a task. The worst part was there was not ...
