My personal review of Basecamp.

Fair

What do you like best? Fair, flat monthly price. Supports a wide variety of integrations with other apps and services. What do you dislike? Interface design leads to rabbit-holing. Instant messages too compartmentalized. Weak reporting options. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Basecamp gives teams an online hub for basic collaboration. But the layout of the app isn't conducive to productivity, and it only has rudimentary tools.
