Good Product for Team Communication

What do you like best? The format is user-friendly and laid out in such a way where information is easy to find. I like how things are organized and my member can get their information immediately and know where to look for updates. What do you dislike? It's a bit pricey. We're a smaller group and sometimes it's hard to justify the price of this. I feel that if you have a small enough team, you should be able to pay half the price of the $20 cost. What do you like best? The Ease of Use, & Functionality are all pros for this software. It's a great tool for juggling multiple projects for multiple clients.
