Extremely User-Friendly and Modern Design
What do you like best? I like that Basecamp has a simple but attractive interface that is well-organized and serves its purpose remarkably well. Very few technical issues have occurred while using it, if any, and I consider it to be a truly indispensable tool as a remote worker at a digital marketing agency. What do you dislike? I wish it was easier to schedule due dates and assignments on tasks in bulk, rather than having to do so all at once. An "apply to all" feature or something ...

One of the best apps I've ever used
What do you like best? Basecamp has all required features to work with the team on the tasks, check them and assign to the responsible people. What do you dislike? Sometimes it was hard to manage group chats, since we had a lot, so created new ones every time and then it was difficult to search for the info in different chats. Recommendations to others considering the product Highly recommend this app as task management for not huge teams. What business problems are you solving ...

Simple, organized
What do you like best? I love the transparency. You know where you stand and what your team is working on. What do you dislike? I don't love the format of the "done" checklist. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Collaboration is so much easier with Basecamp

Great Simple Task and Project Management System
What do you like best? I love the simplicity and usability. A system only works if the users use it. This is one of the few systems we can actually get our clients to effectively use. We use task management, file sharing, time tracking, wikis, and messaging. The email notifications and ability to reply to an email and have it tracked in the comments of the To do is priceless. What do you dislike? The simplicity can be limiting at times. Simply status fields or things that would help ...

Basecamp is great for connecting teams together
What do you like best? Ease of interface. It's used just for communication at the moment as most users work remotely. It reminds me of the old BBS systems from the 90s in a way. What do you dislike? Document sharing isn't intuitive. I don't see a way to make certain posts sticky. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Cross company anouncements are in one place.

Redundent
What do you like best? The ability to chat to anyone in the company at any time and creating different groups for different projects. For example, we have different groups with different staff. Each group is representative of a project being worked on and the staff in that group can then talk about it without interrupting other peoples work. Its also nice how you can upload files to share with everyone instead of needing to make big email chains. What do you dislike? I dislike how its ...

Easy to assign tasks in a project
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? It has an all-round ability to make your projects and work in general easy. With the message board, you are home and dry as you know exactly what is going on with your projects. It helps teams to work together in unison on the same platform. Apart from that, they get to share files relevant to that project. The to-do list feature is impressive when you want to assign task to another member of the team. Using this feature, you will ...
