What do you like best? I really appreciated the email notifications with links to access the messages left, if needed. I also really like how easy it is to link documents. Overall, anything you're looking to do in Basecamp is easy. It allows you to schedule, hold conversations, IM and create to do lists for projects, which is immensely helpful.
