I create content for a marketing company and Basecamp is where I communicate with everyone in the company and where I receive assignments. What do you like best? I have Basecamp but do not use it daily. What do you dislike? It is not something that pops out and makes it so that I need to go check on it daily or give updates on it daily. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? insight into projects.

What do you like best? Easy way to visualize the work load for the week and the month. What do you dislike? If my colleagues are not tech savvy or see the value in it, Basecamp doesn't really take off. Recommendations to others considering the product Get employee buy-in first!
