Been suing basecamp for 2 years now
What do you like best? I like that all team members on all different teams have only one place to go when they need to know the status of a project or meeting or to make comments on a document. The best tool for team collaboration and project management.
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Basecamp is very intelligent, user-friendly, and isn't cluttered, which makes its interface very attractive. The learning curve is not that steep. We use it for managing a team of network engineers that are on the field deploying network infrastructure. What do you like best? Great announcement features, very good task management and team collaboration What do you dislike? Inability to track and manage projects in an organised manner What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Project Management and setting expectations straight using Basecamp has been one of the major problems that we have been able to accomplish.

Great Project Management Tool
What do you like best? I like the assigments and to-do list feature. I also like the scheduling feature and being able to group projects. What do you dislike? I wish I could color code my files and documents. I also wish that I could create more collaborative documents without having to use Google projects. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Basecamp is great for making assigments and to-do lists amoung a group of people.

A very solid project management platform with a reliable team.
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? It does a good job organizing discussions and storing them out of my e-mail. I was able to set it up in a way where if there's a new message, it'll automatically be sent to my inbox. I can delete the message anytime since all messsages are typically found in the Basecamp discussion thread.
