Difficult to Navigate

What do you like best? I liked that you could create different teams and projects. Even through there were buckets, you could still search throughout the whole site for documents or other things. I also really liked the tagging. What do you dislike? It's not intuitive and you have to put a lot of time into thinking about the organization and structure of the site. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? communication and sharing ...

Maybe It Just Wasn't the Right Fit for Us

What do you like best? We used Basecamp as a way to manage our Creative team's tasks and assets as they corresponded to different campaigns. The UX was great, and it was nice to be able to give permission to certain assets and campaigns to particular people in the organization. What do you dislike? We were able to replicate the essential capabilities of Basecamp with Box and Trello (which is free. I think Basecamp might have been more useful to a larger team, though we also had to ...

The Project management solution you have been looking for

What do you like best? I like that all of our information for our projects is stored in one place. We can store files and access everything on a laptop, iPad or phone. We can invite clients to the site to show the progress. We can also ask for approval for change orders automatically and get approval in writing. It is a great storage tool for all of your pictures for a project. What do you dislike? I wish they had the newest posts on top instead of on the bottom. It should be a news ...

Upgrade for cool features

What do you like best? I love the idea of basecamp. I have colleagues who are sold on basecamp and I thought I would try it out. Having all of our projects in one place and easily accessible is great. Write down all your tasks, assign them to people and get notified when they are due. What do you dislike? Unfortunately, my company used a slightly older version of basecamp and a lot of my issues were taken care of in the updates. I don't like that you aren't automatically upgraded to ...

Fairly useful and necessary.

What do you like best? This software is being used as essential material in my company by some 2000-3000 employees. Seeing each of the features that complements it, we realized that it is a multifunctional program where you can organize your work team in a very organized and very well prepared and at the same time, you can make projects. What do you dislike? The problem is the loss of projects, I have witnessed many times that the projects disappear in a short time, suddenly they do ...
