What do you like best? I love how easy it is to track due dates and each step taken in a project's lifespan. What do you dislike? Basecamp is frustrating only when the people you're collaborating with are unorganized. If you work with a thorough and organized team Basecamp is a great tool. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Tracking deadlines and files for projects is pretty simple.

What do you like best? The interface, scheduling, and notifications. It's easy to navigate and you are able to find upcoming and past due task items. What do you like best? I like most its simplicity. And besides this Basecamp is working so nice. Design is good, customer support is helpful and overall user interface is so friendly.
