What do you like best? Basecamp allows us to have a one stop shop for communicating with our clients, sending deliverables, keeping track of project milestones, and sharing files. What do you like best? It is easy to introduce Basecamp to new users and allows new project team members to get on board fairly quickly. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Basecamp is intuitive for new users so it's very easy to start using. It holds everything you need for team collaboration, keeps everything in one place so users can jump in and get caught up quickly. Also, it's available on app, web, desktop... very accessible tool. Tool for collaborations.

What do you like best? Great tool for collaborations, just a bit lacking on the features side of things. Used it for certain web projects that have went well due to its simple file storage capabilities. What do you dislike? Difficult to manage larger projects, but still can be done. Great for tracking drafts of multiple pieces of collateral for multiple complex projects

What do you like best? Easy to add users, easy to use, good customer service. This has helped us eliminate all the back-and-forth comments over email by bringing it all into one Basecamp project. When we have one event that requires multiple print/digital pieces, we see all the comments, revisions, drafts in one place. Organized, Intiuitive & Irreplaceable

What do you like best? Basecamp keeps projects, timelines and departments in check. We love the ability to upload files for review, reassign tasks, invite outside users to contribute and keep everything organized. Not perfect but better than other project management software I have used.

What do you like best? I like that it's set up bulletin-board style; that organization is great for visual people, like designers. I like the commenting system. I like the "to-do" lists. It's easy to use. What do you dislike? It can be very buggy. Sometimes certain functions don't work and typing in comments isn't always as easy as it should be.
