What do you like best? I like the ease of communication and use of the software. What do you dislike? Honestly, I really enjoyed working with this software - no complaints. Not every easy to set up a new project - if you have a new project and a large team, there is a bit of legwork required on the front end. Basecamp is a great program for organizing large-scale projects within your team and with clients.

What do you like best? Basecamp is user-friendly and the overall usability is fantastic. Projects can be organized into groups and notifications can be controlled to the relevant parties, while anyone can access them if they need to. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Sharing photos of important projects with coworkers I don't see every day. It's nice to easily access photos that I can refer to for new clients. What do you dislike? What do you like best? I like the timeline inspired log of activity best, it's easy to see if you've missed something. What do you dislike? I like the timeline, but it can get confusing to see all the content on one stream, when you're just looking for, say, your assignment submission. What do you like best? I like how user friendly it is, and how visually appealing the site is. What do you dislike? The lack of knowledge on process involving different parties in “To-Dos”. Not horrible but not great

What do you like best? Visually this was not confusing. Data was there and it linked with gmail which made logging easy. What do you dislike? Customization was limited at the time of use. There were things we needed at the time that we weren't able to have. What do you like best? Our non-profit previously did not use any project management tool, and Basecamp has greatly improved our ability to formalize our workflows.
