Bandwidth.com is sleek, user friendly and offers the needed support for ongoing businesss
What do you like best? Being able to reach a Tech on a Sunday at 2am. What do you dislike? Numbers not available in certain areas, we do a lot of business in one of such areas. No SMS-to email option available Recommendations to others considering the product don't hesitate - come on board now. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Provides DID's for most of our foot print.

Prompt service
What do you like best? The person I dealt with at Bandwidth was more than willing to help in any way they could. What do you dislike? I have had no issues with them on any service they provide What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are using bandwidth for numbers outside our range usually the customers we have out of our state. The benefit is that we can provide that service without stretching ourselves too thin.

What do you like best? I have been using bandwidth.com for 9 years now and in that time they have only had 1 network service interruption. Highly reliable trunks with excellent flexibility for communications array load balancing. Endpoints are easily modified through their portal and interface is easy to use. Exceptional Service and Customer Service
What do you like best? The personable employees. When you call you get a live person who is ready and able to assist you. Everyone is always respectful and courteous towards you.
