What do you like best? Our rep, Holden, is always responsive and helps us to resolve issues. What do you dislike? Sometimes we get stuck with a port, and this can be frustrating to our end users. Bandwidth provides some of the best support among the underlying carriers we utilize.
What do you like best? Great support system. A trouble ticket is generated for any issue reported and these tickets are resolved and responded to in a timely basis. Bandwidth also takes the time to ensure open communication on new process changes or enhancements as well as regular visits onsite. What do you dislike? What do you like best? The Bandwidth staff is an amazing group that consistently supports our Company in many ways. In regards to porting, service, and updates, there is NO better company than Bandwidth! What do you dislike? Off net porting occasionally has to be updated by ticket or phone call instead of an automatic update like on net ports. What do you like best? People are warm and friendly and always willing to help What do you dislike? User Friendly Portal
What do you like best? It is very easy to order TNs from the portal. Submission of port request is easy as well, no need to manually populate the TNs, they can be put at once and the rest follows. What do you dislike? Unable to delete nor add numbers on the Port request. Unable to disconnect or update TNs at once, they need to be done individually. Review of Bandwidth's Ordering Portal for New DIDs and Porting DIDs
What do you like best? Very good customer service and ticketing support. They are quick and very helpful. I like that the new DID orders complete very quickly/instantly. What do you dislike? For port orders there are two different sections for order comments/notes and for portal updates. Combining these into one section would be visually less confusing.
