Friendly and Helpful
What do you like best? Everyone I interact with at Bandwidth is friendly. All representatives that are assigned to our account are on the ball and help us with any questions we have. They have sent account managers to us to visit, as well as allowed some of our team to visit their office. Their APIs are easy to integrate with and their portal is easy to navigate. Intuitive design for the experienced telecom professional
What do you like best? It is easy to accomplish anything in the portal from provisioning, ordering and reporting. What do you dislike? Only thing I could ask for is faster reporting. Recommendations to others considering the product Give it a try, you will not be disappointed! What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? API number ordering is awesome as well as keeping track of number inventory.

They are quick and responsive with the support they provided.
What do you like best? They customer service and over the phone support is always fast and helpful. What do you dislike? Could be easier to make support tickets for issues that require them. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We use VoIP with bandwidth as our phone number provider. We are porting a lot of number to BW and they are helpful with acquiring the correct information.

Great for the price
What do you like best? The price is nice and it also allows for me to forward to a cellphone pretty quickly. What do you dislike? I have to wait for them to undo a forwarding because a 10 digit forwarding isn't something comon. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We aren't using this for our business other than comunication.

Amazing Porting Partner

Better web interface
What do you like best? The web interface that was implemented last year was a drastic improvement to the previous interface. What do you dislike? I don't like that once a port request is submitted, the user has to to back and add the documents (invoice, LOA, etc..
