Professional in every way
What do you like best? I am a people person, so as much as I like to get the job done, the way I'm treated is extremely important to me, and that is what Bandwidth provides. What do you dislike? What do you like best? The new site is very nicely put together and gathers the applicable products within easy reach. What do you dislike? What do you like best? The support I received from Bandwidth.com was great. Phone wait time was very quick and knowledgeable people were ready to answer my questions. What do you dislike? Multiple APIs that do the same or similar things but are incompatible with each other. Non unified platform. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Bandwidth provides dependable service.
What do you like best? For porting Bandwidth is dependable and I feel as if the porting team will "go to bat" for me if there is an issue with the port request. What do you dislike? At times, response can be slow for support. In the porting portal, there are times when I feel as if no one is reading the comments. I would like for there to be more visibility by the support team into active submissions. This is minor, but I wish the search field for orders would include the FOC date. ...

Overall the experience has been okay so far.
What do you like best? Usually receive an answer in a timely manner to any issue. What do you dislike? Sometimes our requests get lost in the shuffle and have to be escalated. Recommendations to others considering the product Having one site to log in to for everything we need would be helpful and I am told that is being worked on. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Getting numbers in areas we are not able to get on our own.

Good, but very wild-west with holes in developer help.
What do you like best? I enjoy that Bandwidth cares, even in their bureaucracy. They have put time and effort into onboarding us and are very communicative. They certainly support a broader feature set on individual lines than their competitors and seem to be moving to add more. This makes them very flexible. What do you dislike? What do you like best? detailed, informational material provided and was very helpful. What do you dislike? I have no dislikes. We have received full support with Bandwidth.com What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? porting numbers using Bandwidth.com, applying for new numbers and 911. Benefit, was realizing how many numbers were not updated with proper 911 address, API issue. But was resolved in quick fashion.
