What do you like best? Managing my PTO is relatively simple through BambooHR. Better than ADP I'd say. What do you dislike? No real complaints, it does the things I need it for well. Satisfying and easy to use

What do you like best? It is visually appealing and simple. I like the “goals” feature where you can add and track employee goals. I really like how you can click that you have accomplished a goal at an interval- that way supervisors can see it is actively being accomplished. What do you like best? Lots of things to love with this software. It comes with employee data out-of-the-box. Reporting is nice. Comes with flexible Time Off Policies. The Access Levels adds a nice a twist to the typical User and Group management. Benefits management is fantastic. Great onboarding processes. What do you dislike?
