Perfect for what our company needed!

What do you like best? I like the simplicity of building things out in Bamboo. Attaching onboarding documents is seamless, the drag and drop feature for fields is super easy, creating workflows for onboarding and being able to assign current employees to tasks is super helpful. What do you like best? We are able to quickly reference all HR related documents, see announcements from our business' owners and managers, as well as easily seeing available paid and unpaid time balances. Also, I love how it helps my company reduce our carbon footprint by helping us to use less paper. What do you dislike? I wish there was a lot more we could do to customize employee profiles. Implemented 2.5 years ago and still going strong!

What do you like best? Since we first rolled out BambooHR in January 2016, we have loved this platform. From applicant tracking and collaboration, sending out offer letters, to onboarding, the need for paper files is gone! PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Lots of things to love with this software. It comes with employee data out-of-the-box. Reporting is nice. Comes with flexible Time Off Policies.
