What do you like best? All of our HR information is in one place!! I no longer have to scan and file each and every document. This has been so amazing since Covid has forced our staff to work remote for the most part. What do you dislike? As a Native American Tribal Office, Bamboo is not able to handle our payroll :( There are over 400 recognized tribes in CA alone. I think they need to consider doing tribal payroll! Excellent Software - so user friendly!

What do you like best? We have been using Bamboohr since 2017, and everyone (managers and employees) loves it. Basically, nearly everything I need to do on an HR basis is there. What do you like best? The people/directory section is incredible user friendly and navigating the entire org of nearly 600 employees that much easier, especially when you're new and have no idea who rolls up to who or what team. What do you dislike? I wish I was able to click on someones name under the directory view and be automatically be taken to a profile page of some sorts.
