"Don't get Bamboozled with HR Systems, Get BambooHR"

What do you like best about BambooHR? The simplicity of setting up the system, using the system. Having a soft rollout approach has meant that everyone has engaged with the system and I have not had to provide any additional support as it has been created with every level of user in mind, Once I graduated from initiating BambooHR, I was quite sad to not have any more sessions to look forward to.

What do you like best about BambooHR? I love that it offers so many different options - time tracking, payroll, hiring, on & off-boarding of employess. We can see who is on vacation at a quick glance. If you need help - they are super quick to respond with either clarifying questions or the answer to your questions. They are just all-around a great company - both with the employees and the product.

What do you like best about BambooHR? I like how the page is super organized and easy to use. It helps get everything in order and keep track of all the documentation of our team members, making the whole onboarding/offboarding process simple.

What do you like best about BambooHR? Bamboo is not only employer-friendly, but employee-friendly as well, as it's easy to navigate. Everything is automated and saves time and effort, which saves money. Being able to send secure documents to employees across the country, and keep employee documents securely in an electronic format is great.

What do you like best about BambooHR? The ability to control everything yourself relating to employees and payroll is phenomenal. We came from a large HR/payroll company where we couldn't make any changes to anything at any time; we had to send it to them to change. We would never know if the items were changed or not and frequently found that they were not. So with us having the ability to maintain information ourselves, we can be sure it is accurate.

What do you like best about BambooHR? BambooHR is user-friendly and straightforward for admins, managers, and employees. The employees at BambooHR are constantly working to improve the user experience. Their customer support heroes seem to care about my experience and want to resolve any issues I bring to them. Also, since implementing BambooHR about eight months ago, I've had several employees and new hires let me know how much they like and appreciate their experience with the system.

What do you like best about BambooHR? It allows us to effortlessly post jobs, keep track of candidates with the applicant tracking system, send letters of offer/new hire packets & create employee files. We also utilize the time-off component so both employees and managers can easily see what time off is available to them throughout the year. Plus, it is a user-friendly platform for those who are less tech-savvy.
