What do you like best about BambooHR? Ease of use and really easy to get employees to use it. I love how easy it is to sort candidates, send communications, make offers, and onboard new employees. Employees love it too!

What do you like best about BambooHR? One of my favorite things about BambooHR is how user friendly it is both for the admin and for the employees. Helps tremendously to get employees participation.

"My experience with implementing BambooHR"
What do you like best about BambooHR? The team was friendly, knowledgeable about the product and HR itself; therefore, they could make valuable suggestions on how specific setups should be to get the most out of the system. The fact that they were super cooperative with my hectic schedule and that I still had to manage the day-to-day HR function while doing this implementation was a bonus.

"BambooHR makes HR a pleasure to do"
What do you like best about BambooHR? One of the most helpful things in BambooHR is being able to track time off, such as sick, vacation, personal, etc. The employees can see exactly what they have available to them, and can request time off from the app on their phone or from their computer, and it can be approved or denied right away. This has eliminated the use of paper forms in our office.

What do you like best about BambooHR? BambooHR is user-friendly for employees, supervisors, and admin users. It has become our main source for employee information and time tracking, performance management, and even well-being surveys. BambooHR is always working on improving existing features and introducing new ones based on customer feedback. They offer a huge selection of partner integrations as well. Customer support is outstanding and just a call, chat, or request away.
