What do you like best about BambooHR? Bamboo HR's platform covers most if not all features you would want in an HRIS, and they continue to improve their services every month. The platform itself is very user friendly and easy on the eyes. I think the easy to use platform increases the likihood of use from steakholders across the business. What do you like best about BambooHR? User interface is easy to use and information can be found quickly without having to click on many different areas. Our employees love how easy the platform is to use both on the website and in the app. It has made a huge difference to us to be able to see at glance who's out on PTO. "Great Platform!"
What do you like best about BambooHR? BambooHR has been great for our needs as a small team. We used to have to do several aspects manually, and information was stored all over the place, making our lives chaotic. With BambooHR we have streamlined our vacation requests, our onboardings, and have much more enriched conversations for team assessments/goals.

"Great HR platform"
What do you like best about BambooHR? Everything is so easy to use. We converted from paper files for everyone. So much easier to find everything. Each employee has access to their time off balance on their home screen.

"Fast, friendly and exactly what we didn't realize we needed"
What do you like best about BambooHR? Initially, I was looking for a time-off management system, but the hiring management system is perfect for our needs. When hiring I have been able to quickly allocate a score to an applicant or reject them, immediately sending them a pre-designed letter thanking them for their interest. It wasn't something I was looking for but I used it a lot more than I expected and really appreciated its functionality.

What do you like best about BambooHR? Not having paper files. Everything is electronic & once you learn Bamboo, it's easy to use. Customer Service reps are so helpful, knowledgeable, & friendly.

What do you like best about BambooHR? It is so easy to use! The BHR staff are super friendly and helpful. I love having all the employee info right at my fingertips. The PTO tracking is amazing. And best of all, my employees love it too!
