"The best fit for purpose HR system for your business - hands down"
What do you like best about BambooHR? After using the system for over 6 years now, the system has required almost no intervention - it just works once you've set it up. On boarding, Off boarding, Performance reviews just happen in the back ground - without any effort.

What do you like best about BambooHR? The ease of use. My employees consistently mention how easy it is to use. There is almost no learning curve! I love the digital signature feature - it makes requesting and storing all employee signed documents very easy. You can completely do away with paper files.

What do you like best about BambooHR? Everything is tracked in one place and I love being able to make signature templates. Integrations with Traxpayroll are amazing

"Great HR software for our small - mid size business!"
What do you like best about BambooHR? I love that it is so user-friendly and easy to use. I particularly like the performance management section, the fact that we can do enps surveys within the system and that we can have a seamless hiring/onboarding one stop shop! We no longer needed our separate ATS!

What do you like best about BambooHR? Super intuitive and easy to use. Love that I can specify what document folders to create for the employee profile. The ATS section is easy to use, and has a place to build a talent pool..

"Simple, Easy to Use HR System"
What do you like best about BambooHR? The dashboard makes it easy to get a birdseye view of the latest announcements, who's taken time off, and company links (ex. paystubs). To request time off, there is an obvious request button so no need to click a bunch of pulldowns to find it.

What do you like best about BambooHR? I like the fact that you can centralize all your employees' data in one single reliable product which can be used to manage all your employees, thanks to a very cost-effective solution. Nevertheless, everything they have to offer in terms of ATS, wellbeing, and eNPS functions is simply amazing.
