It is very easy to consult documents, manage requests, review personal information, and stay up to date with internal processes without having to rely on multiple tools. What do you like best about BambooHR? I like that BambooHR is customized to our process, which means we're not pushed into someone else's process. The implementation was very easy, and I appreciated the help features online and the tutorials that made setting up BambooHR straightforward. It's also very easy to teach our hiring managers how to use it. What do you dislike about BambooHR? Nothing to dislike at this point. We have only implemented the ATS part of the system.

What do you like best about BambooHR? It's user friendly and everything is easy to find. What do you dislike about BambooHR? Sometimes it freezes or when I clock in and out, it won't register. Very rare issue.

What do you like best about BambooHR? I like how clean and organized BambooHR is, and the little panda is so cute. The dashboard is streamlined and easy to use, which makes it great to work with. It also allows me to better track my hours and time off with ease. The setup was very easy, which added to the positive experience. What do you like best about BambooHR? I like that Bamboo is pretty user-friendly from the employee side. Most things are easy to find and use. What do you dislike about BambooHR? Timesheet reporting is a little clunky but not the worst I have ever used, and I have used several Payroll platforms.

What do you like best about BambooHR? Everything is in one place: vacation time, the number of remaining days, the number of used days, and when they were taken. You can also see other colleagues, who is available and who isn't, as well as who reports to whom. You could say it's an information board for the company. What do you dislike about BambooHR? The UI could look better, and the user experience could also be improved.

By using it, the process has become much simpler compared to our previous service, which was much more complicated. What do you dislike about BambooHR? So it works well, but the search for available hours and the hours already requested in permits and vacations could be improved. Sometimes it's difficult to find this information.
