"Bamboo HR - easy and powerful tool!"
What do you like best about BambooHR? I love how easy Bamboo HR is to use. As a small organization that does not have dedicated HR, it makes it easy for everyone from the administrators to managers to the employees to use. Set up for PTO use, Performance Management and Training is quick and intiative, but they also provide great trainings all the time or on demand so you can become proficient. What do you like best about BambooHR? The dashboard home page is very intuitive and offers a great view of the various events, milestones and recent activity of the company from an HR perspective. As a Hiring Manager, I particularly like integration to the recruiting and job posting module - the fact that the mobile app is distinct also helps in efficiently managing daily activities and candidate assessments in a clear way.

"Great platform with so many HRIS Features"
What do you like best about BambooHR? It is easy to navigate and they continually add more features. The DocuSign feature is amazing and so cost-effective. My staff have really embraced it and use it daily.

What do you like best about BambooHR? BambooHR is definitively designed for young generation of the crowds, it doesn't generate papercheck, which is good because it saves the trees. The interface is very user friendly.
