"Hightly Custimizable and always inproving"
What do you like best about BambooHR? My favorite thing about BambooHR is the ability to add custom sections to track data. As the HRIS person for our company I am in BambooHR all day every day. The ability to add custom tables and run reports on that data makes my life so much easier.

What do you like best about BambooHR? What I love most is that Bamboo reminds me that my timesheet will be sent for approval soon, which allows me to go back and double check to make sure everything is correct.

What do you like best about BambooHR? The best part is the effieciency of having templates for everything, having task reminders, easy reporting, different control levels, having customer support at your fingertips and overall easy to use everyday.

"Bamboo has everything as advertised and more"
What do you like best about BambooHR? Bamboo is customizable and user friendly for not only Human Resources, but for rest of the company. The reports of information are the best ad easy to explain to other members of company. We use Bamboo daily as our source of truth for the company. Customer service is fantastsic and always willing to help.

What do you like best about BambooHR? Unlike many HRIS' I've used in the past, Bamboo just does what you want it to do for HR and People Management, and it does those things in a way that is about as user friendly as you'll find for both the employer and the employee. I like how easy it is to set up automation tasks, whether it be onboarding and offboarding tasks queued to the right people, managing the 360 feedback and performance review process, or regularly scheduled wellbeing and ...

What do you like best about BambooHR? - mobile application: there is no need to go to your computer if you're really sick and need a day off - reports: in BambooHR, you can easily find all the necessary data and customize the report if needed

What do you like best about BambooHR? All our Personnel Files are in one place. We had an audit with findings regarding record storage. Now with BambooHR we are at 100% compliance.

"Easy, fast and cost efficient HR solution"
What do you like best about BambooHR? Bamboo was a great surprise for our empleoyees becasuse it was way easier to use than the previous solution we had, the implementation although it was easy was a litle lenghty to adapt to different countries policies. Has good customer support, several features including different types of leaves and the frequency of use of the platform has increased very well since it was integrated with our other solutions.
