What do you like best about BambooHR? Everything is easy to read and to navigate. I have had no issues or questions when using this platform. What do you dislike about BambooHR? I don't see any downsides to using BambooHR.

What do you like best about BambooHR? I love that BambooHR is easy to use as an employer and an employee. They are constantly upgrading and adding new features for its users. I love that we can onboard and handle background checks and I-9 processing right in the same platform. I love that we can track payroll and onboard new employees in the same platform. What do you like best about BambooHR? Easy to manage, easy to track days. Works well and it's instinctive. What do you dislike about BambooHR? It's annoying that it shows my total accrued vacation time with days already booked vs available to book in the homepage.

What do you like best about BambooHR? The interface is generally considered intuitive, so employees can update their information, request time off, and complete onboarding tasks with minimal training. What do you dislike about BambooHR? Organizations with complex HR processes sometimes find that workflows, approval chains, or fields aren't as customizable as they'd like.

What do you like best about BambooHR? There are so many tabs for easy access, and almost anyone with even the bare minimum knowledge of the product can use it. What do you dislike about BambooHR? Tbh, I think it’s perfect, but you do need to wait for approval requests after editing your personal information. The only issue is that you aren’t notified beforehand that this is something that will need to be approved by higher-ups.

What do you like best about BambooHR? It keeps my up to date with who is in and out for that day, phone numbers for my coworkers. What do you dislike about BambooHR? I can never get the reports section to work
