"Straightforward Mockup Software"
What do you like best about Balsamiq? I really like that it is integrated with Atlassian's Confluence. It really makes keeping everything together and collaborating very easy. It does exactly what it needs to and provides an easy to use space to create wireframes and mockups.

"First rate way to sketch out a solution"
What do you like best about Balsamiq? Balsamiq lets me sketch out what a solution will look like with all kinds of tools I can drop onto the page and let my users really know what the app is going to look like. But because of its "hand drawn" appearance, no one is ever fooled into thinking that the app is live or a real solution. Balsamiq is a perfect blend of excellent design tools that don't try to pretend they're more than just a sketch of an idea.

"Customizable process software"
What do you like best about Balsamiq? It is relatively easy to start working with Synergy. We use it as our key CRM system. The software is easy to configure, and easy to use if you choose for one of the standard platforms, like the CRM template. We use the same Synergy solution for client service.

What do you like best about Balsamiq? Simplicity of use. Balsamiq is incredibly easy to use, and the ramp-up time is minimal, if not altogether non-existent. What do you dislike about Balsamiq?

"Works well, easy to get started."
What do you like best about Balsamiq? It's a simple way for non-designers (ie engineers) to get started with creating a basic visual mockup of complex UI concepts.
