It has a really nice integration with Figma that I use a lot and it's wonderful to also be able to set and control the user journey thtough the interfaces. What do you like best about Ballpark - User Research and Surveys? Ballpark is simple and easy to use. Setting up a survey is a breeze with a variety of templates to get started with. The interface is clean and intuitive. Ai-powered insight is a nice feature that generates summaries of user responses. Their very responsive customer support team is only a Slack away. They keep us updated with new releases and updates.

I've been using Ballpark for a few years now in different teams and companies and it has been fundamental for both defining operations and following good practices.
