Well, they say you should test your backups before you need them. Well, I've tested it a now since I *had* to use this a couple of days ago! (Had to recover an email of attachments a client had sent in that Outlook/Exchange decided to loose into the ether for no apparent reason (or a colleague managed to perma-delete!).) It would have been very embarrassing to ask her to resend so bloody glad it worked! Morale of the story, don't trust MS 365 with your data and certainly don't trust ...

First class service and exactly what I was looking for after using an alternative backup service. We have been using the service for close on 3 years and haven't ever felt the need to move elsewhere. As a customer you are made feel like an individual as opposed to just a number.
