We used backup vault for our educational provision and they were really supportive, helpful and knowledgeable about the needs of our business and how they could help us. The support was invaluable - we have been with them for over 4 years now! They are reliable and always speedy at answering questions and coming back to us with any advice or support needed. It was really reassuring for us that they are UK based and GDPR compliant etc.

Excellent guys at BackupVault
Excellent guys at BackupVault, customer service is great. Having a UK Data Centre is critical for us, and for our compliance requirements. We've had this product for a few years now, and at multiple times a year something major happens where M365's native backup will not help us. This product has got us out of many tight situations, I can't recommend it enough.

Excellent guys at BackupVault, customer service is great. Having a UK Data Centre is critical for us, and for our compliance requirements.
