The backup when needed worked perfectly!!
We are Software house and backup clients critical data. We have been using Backup Vault for some time now and have been very impressed with the ease of setup, support from the company and the daily notifications we get as a reseller of their Backup solution. For us GDPR compliant was crucial as with certainty and simplicity of restoring data if needed. Excellent GDPR-compliant solution - highly recommended
We have previously used some of the leading cloud backup solutions over a number of years, but nobody comes close to BackupVault in terms of ease of use, technical support and customer service. Furthermore, they are UK based and GDPR compliant. I would be happy to recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and professional backup solution.

We’re a firm of accountants and having spent ages backing up vital data each day onto external drives, went looking for a more elegant and efficient method of protecting our business.Having been recommended to BackupVault, we carried out some due diligence and researched how they could protect our data as well as fitting in with the rather onerous GDPR requirements. Pleased to recommend Backup Vault
I would be pleased to recommend Backup Vault to any SME needing UK-based secure backup, especially for Office 365 users. UK-based data centres help us maintain customer confidence and data protection compliance. Highly-responsive customer support gives us a far more personal service than the large US-based services. Security standards are excellent, and the software is easy to use. Great value for money.

Excellent support
Excellent support, reliable, UK based and very easy to contact. We are a dental practice and have been using BackupVault for our backup for a few years now. If our backup fails they contact us immediately and inform us of the failure. Yesterday we lost some Xrays and needed them back quickly, we received excellent help from Rob and the problem was sorted within an hour. Strongly recommend this service.

I have recommended/used BackupVault to fulfil server backup requirements of my clients.The software is easy to setup/configure and any support/enquiries are always answered quickly/efficiently.
