We are a small consultancy who needed to backup our SharePoint, Outlook and OneDrive files for 7 staff. We were recommended BackupVault by a business partner and have found them to offer a very simple and affordable product with a responsive and personal service. It takes very little time to setup and maintain. Knowing that our files are easily recoverable has given us peace of mind and improved our resilience. Would highly recommend

Data security from Backup Vault
We are a small construction company - I was looking for a cloud based backup solution and Backup Vault are great - UK based for security and GDPR and easy to set up with speedy help from Rob if I needed it. Now it just runs in the background, recovery is easy and we have data security without worry with a cost effective solution.

BackupVault rescued us from massive data loss...
We had a big comms room failure and were left with serious lack of service and the risk of corrupted SQL DB and lost data. Backupvault had a good copy of our data from the previous day and we restored over 2TB of Finance and management data using their incremental restore system. The Perfect solution in a changing environment
Having been in lockdown for over 12 weeks we needed to quickly move our backups from an onsite backup to a cloud solution. With lots of companies offering solutions, BackVault stood out as we required various levels of compliancy including and more importantly GDPR. UK Backup Solution
A number of months ago we were looking for additional backup of SQL databases. We contacted Rob at Backup Vault who responded quickly with the information we requested. Within a couple of weeks the solution was up and running against our multiple servers.One of the key requirements for us was that the data was always retained with the UK for GDPR purposes, Backup Vault met this key requirement.I couldn't recommend this company more, very good to deal with.

If you need a back solution - look no further!
We are a small consultancy firm working with major clients in UK and internationally. Backup Vault is exactly what we needed
Backup Vault is exactly what we needed, and Rob is very professional, friendly. Backs up automatically each night, and we do not ever have to worry. Backup data is encrypted and stored in the UK, which is very important to us.

We were looking for a simple backup…
We were looking for a simple backup solution that would enable us to back up our server but from my local PC. This is not as easy to find as you may think. I also wanted to see if I could find a UK company that I could actually speak to, also not as easy as it sounds, but ....I found Rob at BackupVault. Not only did he understand what I was after but he actulally logged in and sorted it all out, getting our first back up done and the daily task automated. Very happy
