Reliable with excellent customer service

I highly recommend BackupVault for their excellent customer service. We're a firm of accountants and not IT geeks so have been very grateful to be able to hand over the security of our data to a UK based company where we can speak to a real person instead of an anonymous chatbox. Backup Vault - a necessary service

We have been using Backup vault for a number of years, the system is reliable and easy to use. The tech support is second to none with help given very quickly! Decided to look around for a backup service following lockdown. Our hardware supplier made a recommendation but then saw a review of BackupVault in the PCPro magazine, so decided to contact them.What an amazing difference. Nothing was to much trouble for Rob. He made it look very easy and has been extremely helpful when issues have arisen. On top of all that, a competitively priced service.Would recommend them to anyone. Excellent.
