Knowledgeable and Professional
I was looking for a UK-based replacement for our current school backups provider. Staff at BackupVault have been thoroughly professional and knowledgeable throughout the transition process. They were also very patient with our fairly slow internal finance processes and kept updating quotes as needed without quibbles. M365 backup service
Required an M365 backup service to replace one included in a wider offering. Looked at a few options. Backupvault looked like it gave me everything I wanted at a good price. And it did. All interactions friendly and professional.

Rob is a star!
Rob quickly had a look at my system and let me know it was operating correctly, even though it hasn't been displaying the confirmations that the Backup and Analysis had been successfully performed. I'll keep an eye on my computer, as this information may resume at some point in the future.

Secure, Fast & Efficient.
Really easy to setup the trial. Trial works perfectly, application is great and intuitive to use. As a UK Trade organisation we have to maintain our data in the UK and ensure that it is secure - this service offers all of this cover for our GDPR policies, ISO and Cyber Essentials Accreditations.

Rob has been brilliant!
Rob has been brilliant! My BackupVault was running VERY slowly and this was down to my internet speed. On Rob's advice, I increased the memory in my computer and after the scan Rob performed on my system, this enabled me to delete files that were consuming space, which slowed my computer. I could't be happier with the result!!!

Great service, great support
Technically, was easy to set up, monitor and operate. A big credit to the service though - proactive without being pushy, responsive and really helpful. In an age of anonymous blanket emails and opaque FAQs, offered welcome personalised support.
