What do you like best about Backlog? The issues table is very concise, and displays all the information you would want in order to quickly prioritize issues. Moving issues between milestones is very nice, especially the option to bulk edit them to e.g. close them once a sprint is finished. What do you dislike about Backlog? There's a lot of page reloads, instead of just fetching and displaying data. Subtasking is messy, and not all that useful since they exist as separate issues anyway, ...

Best application to monitor items in progress
PROS: I love that it is very convenient to set-up tasks and requests and then delegate them to the proper individuals. Everybody is updated and I get email notification right away as soon as the tasks are complete CONS: I would like to see some more ways to monitor issues so that we could track things that aren't up for it yet maybe like ideas or concepts.
