What do you like best? Backlog allows for simple workflows that can be very helpful, specially for start ups and smaller teams like ours. Keeping track of tasks using the multiple tools and the notifications was really helpful in keeping management up to date. What do you dislike? Backlog could use more visual tools, specially a sprint board type of tool. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
