Liked the way the UI designed for easily update the ticket status and ticket assignments to other user. What do you like best? It is good and best for tracking. its take track every issue. What do you dislike? It is best application so there is no any dislike. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It send email for every issues there for I do not have to track and remember what are issues are left.
