What do you like best about Backlog? Always i get the notification via mail and on Backlog site. Liked the way the UI designed for easily update the ticket status and ticket assignments to other user. Notification categories are good which keep me posted about the activities happening in my project. What do you dislike about Backlog? Add attachment functionality needs some improvement. What do you like best about Backlog? Good facilities of Task Creation and Assignment, Due Dates functionality is good to track progress, Best feature of To-Do Lists, Documents Uploads, Performance and Reliability functionality is very impressive. What do you like best? It is good and best for tracking. its take track every issue. What do you dislike? It is best application so there is no any dislike. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It send email for every issues there for I do not have to track and remember what are issues are left.

What do you like best about Backlog? I do like the way Backlog immerse the project info within the project. What do you dislike about Backlog? I sometimes get confused by its generated emails What problems is Backlog solving and how is that benefiting you? I do use Backlog to organize my job as a Business Analyst for the Project. I would say, It helps me alot on my daily work basis.

"Neat and clean ticketing system"
What do you like best? it is not cluttered with too much of unnecessary features. What do you dislike? All the features and functionalities provided are good, so can't say about dislikes.
