"Well suited for issue tracking"

What do you like best about Backlog? We really appreciate the API and the ability to create issues via email. We have integrated support requests to allow the creation of issues directly from our in-house web applications. It makes logging problems much easier for our end users. What do you dislike about Backlog? We don't like having to add people to the notify list on an issue for each change. What do you like best about Backlog? UI is easy to use. Issues are clearly tracked. Robust attachment management. Email notifications are effective and clear. Icon personalization is a nice touch. What do you dislike about Backlog? Working with the smartphone app is not as useful since the browser version is so well designed. Also unwieldy at times when flipping between different projects. What do you like best? I like how it's easy to track the performance of every project with Backlog. Teams collaborates and engages seamlessly to tasks and projects assigned to them.
