"Ease to use"
What do you like best about Backlog? Simplification on screen using then could understand in not long time. What do you dislike about Backlog? User managemetn screen which it doesn't ease to manage What problems is Backlog solving and how is that benefiting you? Consolidate bug along project and it could support to split the bug by module. However it will be great if we could consolidate more complexity into one project.

"Can be useful"
What do you like best about Backlog? Good communication tool between the team and the IT department. Keeps a log of current and completed tasks in one place rather than relying on email searches. It can not summarize one's work for a specific time range or category. E.g. total estimate and actual time of work in one week or one phase of the project.
