What do you like best about Backlog? Simplification on screen using then could understand in not long time. What do you dislike about Backlog? User managemetn screen which it doesn't ease to manage What problems is Backlog solving and how is that benefiting you? Consolidate bug along project and it could support to split the bug by module. However it will be great if we could consolidate more complexity into one project.

Helpful for Project Management (Single Window for Issues Tracking, Progress Status, Timeline Check and Many More Options) What do you dislike about Backlog? Attachment file size limit. Should have an option to Sort Backlog IDs created date and last update date wise (Newest to Oldest). What problems is Backlog solving and how is that benefiting you? Easy to track repeating bugs and to check burning issues.

It can not summarize one's work for a specific time range or category. E.g. total estimate and actual time of work in one week or one phase of the project. What do you like best about Backlog? Good Collaboration tool. Very good user interface. Customer support is good. Filters are great. What do you dislike about Backlog? Can't search by key ID. Can't assign to multiple people. Custom notifications cannot be set up - for e.g ticket status has not changed in 3 days. Admin should be able to set up email notification for members of each project. When members respond to email notification, it shows up with the entire email thread as a comment- ...

What problems is Backlog solving and how is that benefiting you? At now, we don't have a big problem with backlog tools.
