What do you like best about Backlog? Good Collaboration tool. Very good user interface. Customer support is good. Filters are great. What do you dislike about Backlog? Can't search by key ID. Can't assign to multiple people. Custom notifications cannot be set up - for e.g ticket status has not changed in 3 days. Admin should be able to set up email notification for members of each project. When members respond to email notification, it shows up with the entire email thread as a comment- ...
