We purchased the sw and had problems getting the license key to work. No help so far.
PROS: Software translates fine once it works. We used the trial version without problem. Got the licensed version, but cannot get support to make the key work. CONS: They only respond via email. Usually the middle of the night and it takes another day to get any response from them at all.
