Awfull customer support

Awfull customer support. I contacted them many many times just to start the creation of the bablic account because my domain wasn't allowed to be connected to bablic i only had an article to be helped and they stopped replying me for now. What am I supposed to do ? Lol.

What do you like best about Bablic? Working with Bablic to translate our sites has been a great experience. Bablic allows you to use your own translators and have them work directly in the tool to translate your website. The portal is very easy to learn so training time is minimal. Implementation of Bablic on our sites was hassle free. We were able to get Bablic live in a week or two. Our sales rep has been incredibly helpful with any question we have had. Translations Didn't Work Properly

Kept having issues with translations now working properly. User interface was difficult (took multiple tries to save our translations). Tried to get a refund and company wouldn't honor the request.
