What do you like best about Axios HQ? I like the reading time so our users know how long it takes before opening an email from us. This has increased our open and click-through rates. What do you dislike about Axios HQ? I feel like since they are newer the tiers of plans can be confusing on what you need or should get. What problems is Axios HQ solving and how is that benefiting you? It has replaced MailChimp as our main way to send our bulk email communications to our partners and clients.

Sometimes, the customization options are limited, but I understand it's probably for the better so that the communications don't get mucked up and difficult or overwhelming to read. What do you like best about Axios HQ? There's much to like about it. The platform itself is ridiculously user-friendly. The guides & prompts are helpful. The onboarding support & check-ins from support staff make this an A+ experience. The analytics are easy to understand, easily accessible and very insightful. What do you dislike about Axios HQ? What do you like best about Axios HQ? Axios' tools can be easily taught, learned, and customized. I love that it is fairly simple to work & still looks clean! What do you dislike about Axios HQ? I dislike the inability to utilize sub-bullets and underline. What problems is Axios HQ solving and how is that benefiting you? With other newsletter tools, I had to fix formatting issues over and over. Axios HQ does not have any!

Sometimes the tool suggests a change that, as soon as you do it suggests you remove it. What problems is Axios HQ solving and how is that benefiting you? Providing updates to the 50 most senior people in the organization so they know what is going on.
