What do you like best about Awardco? I love that we have the option to spend our bucks on swag, amazon, or event tickets. This is such a wonderful tool for recognition and positive reinforcement. What do you dislike about Awardco? Difficult to earn awardco buck, no clear direction. What problems is Awardco solving and how is that benefiting you? Ability to recognize and reward.

"The way employee recognition should be handled"
What do you like best about Awardco? Ability to select meaningful and personal options. No more dust collecting trinkets. What do you dislike about Awardco? Nothing. I was able to find the perfect for me gift. What problems is Awardco solving and how is that benefiting you? Not having dust collecting desk trinkets that serve no purpose. This makes employees feel valued that they have a choice.

What do you like best about Awardco? Being able to us my points for growing my home office. The free lunch does'nt hurt. What do you dislike about Awardco? That we don't get many chances throughout the year to earn awardco points. What problems is Awardco solving and how is that benefiting you? Not sure of any problems. Awardco is great!
