"Pretty cool to get free stuff"

What do you like best about Awardco? All the options and choices I have to redeem my points. What do you dislike about Awardco? Not many downsides it seems but i haven't been using it that long What problems is Awardco solving and how is that benefiting you? It's giving the incentive to work hard beyond my commission.

Do I get to keep what I use my points for or do I have to return if I decide to leave. I have no intentions on leaving, but that's what I was thinking. I ordered a new 27 inch monitor. What do you like best about Awardco? Recognizing people for their effort is motivating them to continue doing things with greater enthusiasm. What do you dislike about Awardco? The program does not send notifications many times to the people who recognized them. What problems is Awardco solving and how is that benefiting you? Appraisals are a key tool, that establishes value to employees.

What do you like best about Awardco? I like that there's no shipping fee ever and the wide variety of products to get for free. I've been able to get an elliptical machine, an air fryer, and toys! What do you like best about Awardco? Amazon giftcards defintely! So easy and nice What do you dislike about Awardco? That you cannot get something unless you have the points for it. I'd be willing to pay out of pocket if my points cannot cover the rest. What problems is Awardco solving and how is that benefiting you? employees sometimes do not get enough recognition and Awardco allows you to recognize employees publically and privately and award them with some points (aka money)

What do you like best about Awardco? Awardco empowers employees to recognize each other and managers can recognize employees. I love getting the extra cash that comes with the recognition too. What do you dislike about Awardco? I can't really think of any downsides. The application is pretty intuitive and functions well. What problems is Awardco solving and how is that benefiting you? Awardco helps us recognize and reward great work. It's nice to buy extra things with the money.

What do you like best about Awardco? The whole platform is really easy to use. The employees like being able to select what they would like to buy.
