What do you like best about Awardco? Getting to reward team members for helping! What do you dislike about Awardco? I do not dislike anything at this time. The platform is great. What problems is Awardco solving and how is that benefiting you? It benefits me by being able to show my appreciation to others.

What do you like best about Awardco? Awardco has hundreds of different options to choose from! I like that you have the option of choosing physical cards (to give as gifts) or virtual cards. The platform is really easy to use. What do you dislike about Awardco? I don't see any downsides to using awardco. I haven't found any glitches in the site that I can see. What do you like best about Awardco? Seems like an easy way award another person but I have not had enough interaction with this platform to make an informed decision. What do you dislike about Awardco? There is nothing so far that I dislike because I'm not entirely sure what this even is. What problems is Awardco solving and how is that benefiting you? This appears to be a better platform than the one we currently use. That is a piece of crap compared to this.

"Great way to recognize employees publicly, and the employee gets to choose how they are rewarded."

What do you like best about Awardco? It tracks the number of awards you get, but also the amount you send out. It's a quick way to track engagement of the app. And it lets us as workplace managers give rewards for employees completing mandatory trainings and other tasks, so we as a company can complete those more quickly. What do you like best about Awardco? Awardco is intuitive, user friendly, and organized. It is clear and easy to see how many points you have and how to use them. What do you dislike about Awardco? I dislike that the options are kind of vague (virtual pre-paid cards vs e gift cards seems like the same thing) I always end up clicking both before realizing which is the instant one. What do you like best about Awardco? Awardco is easy to use! It is easy to log into my account and use my points. What do you dislike about Awardco? Not getting cash. I don't love that awardco points will get taxed eventually as part of comp What problems is Awardco solving and how is that benefiting you? It's helping me monetarily reward my teammates instead of just congratulating with them!

What do you like best about Awardco? Awards can be redeemed in many ways other than just money. What do you dislike about Awardco? I do not like that the person receiving the award is charged a fee to receive a physical card. What problems is Awardco solving and how is that benefiting you?
