"I enjoy the 'being rewarded' experience. It's a nice surprise"

What do you like best about Awardco? I like being able to dole out and receive recognition. It's a joke around the office, "and now 100 awardco points for you!" What do you dislike about Awardco? I don't like the limit on being able to dole out the points. I understand why there's a limit, but it's too small I think. What problems is Awardco solving and how is that benefiting you? It's a nice, private shout out so I guess it's solving the problem of people feeling like they go unnoticed.

What do you like best about Awardco? It's easy to use. I was able to redeem my award quickly. What do you dislike about Awardco? Depending on the award, I wasn't able to choose the item I wanted. Not really a problem with the platform, and I was able to work around it. What problems is Awardco solving and how is that benefiting you? I'm benefiting from receiving award points.
