"Really a great idea"

What do you like best about Awardco? It was a great way to get an "award" of your choice from a company. What do you dislike about Awardco? I couldn't find any downsides. It's a great program What problems is Awardco solving and how is that benefiting you? It helps to know that the company gives you points for an accomplishment and then YOU can use the points to get an award of your choice.

What do you like best about Awardco? - Can shout out + send points to teammates as well as other teams you work cross-functionally with to show your appreciation, especially with remote work today. The gifs are fun! - Many ways to redeem/donate the points you receive. Our company also set up integrations with our donations platform, fitness program, and swag store. What do you dislike about Awardco? Honestly nothing – if you have a monthly balance of points to recognize with, make sure to ...

"Convenient, easy to use, and rewarding!"

What do you like best about Awardco? The variety of award options is endless with being connected into Amazon. What do you dislike about Awardco? Wellness options are limited by your organizations choices of what should qualify. If there was a more universal list that wasn't so limited it could be better. What problems is Awardco solving and how is that benefiting you? The ability to reward and incentivize employees and give them some control over award options is very nice.

What do you like best about Awardco? Awardco has easily the biggest selection of gifts you can select, with the ability to redeem gift cards for those difficult-to-shop-for types! What do you dislike about Awardco? No downsides I've found yet, hard to think how this could better. What problems is Awardco solving and how is that benefiting you? Too many awards programs allow you to only select from a very limited or highly curated selection of rewards. Awardco blows this out of the water ...

What do you like best about Awardco? It can be used for a Visa card and help with a bill or use it for multiple choices of gift cards including Amazon! What do you dislike about Awardco? There has been no down side or anything to dislike that I have experienced this far. What problems is Awardco solving and how is that benefiting you? I charge less to my Amazon account and keeps my balance in control
