It took money out of my check from what I understood if I got point I could use them as money not it take it out of my check later. What problems is Awardco solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about Awardco? What is most helpful about this site is that you can celebrate your peers or employees. In addition, you can be celebrated. It is an open display of appreciation and reward for doing a decent job (or at least that is how it feels). What do you dislike about Awardco? What do you like best about Awardco? Being able to choose how you want to get rewards. I like the amazon option. What do you dislike about Awardco? The first time I saw that I had many points I tried to login to use rewards and selected amazon purchase. When I tried to checkout it told me I had no points. I called awardco but I could not get resolved what happened. What problems is Awardco solving and how is that benefiting you? no business problems

What do you like best about Awardco? The website is easy to navigate and fun! What do you dislike about Awardco? It's missing that "personal" interaction piece. The boss no longer physically hands you an award. Perhaps add a video production from the boss to the employee when the link is sent to choose your award, so there is some version of personal facetime. What problems is Awardco solving and how is that benefiting you? Reducing the time to award the entire staff for a job well done.

With such a large company, it can be difficult to show employees how much they are appriciated. It was a nice surprise to receive 500 points to spend at Awardco for Christmas.
